Welcome to the Employee Center of FSP Realty. FSP Realty is a what if scenario as defined by me, and my imagination. Therefore, this is not a real business/company, and I am not seeking employees. This is based on what if I would do if I won $50,000,000 net. With that said, the one thing I would do is create a realty company is buy the city block, tear down the current buildings, and build a 31 story apartment building for all of my tenants to fit in one place. This means that the agent, and maintenance does not have to work all over Allegheny County show units. This makes their job simpler, and makes for incentive to continue working for me. As of now, this is not the case, and no such option is available to me.

All of the employees will have requisites, and responsibilities. In turn, they will receive a salary, and benefits. The employees are expected to be working from 7:30AM-4:30PM with an hour lunch break. If the manager needs to show a place at 7PM on a Saturday, this should be be an option even if they lower their hours on another day. This is because every employee is paid salary, and not hourly. I would like to think that the jobs are not too demanding since all properties were either renovated or constructed new. This will mean a sudden night call at 2AM should be unusual.

No employee should have to give their private telephone number to any tenant. Those that will call the tenant will do so either from the office, or will use a SIP client on their smartphone to call the tenant. No matter which choice made, the CID will show the 412 buidling’s number, and the tenant will likely know it is the apartment employee calling.
